Person centered experiential psychotherapy

Person centered experiential psychotherapy is aimed at sustainable personality change. It is about the process of growth and development. This way, not only symptoms are effectively controlled, but it also enhances the general life standard, like happiness and meaning. Person centered experiential psychotherapy is person centered and not exclusively aimed at symptoms. Symptoms are seen in coherence with the complete person, his or her situation and background.
Person centered experiential psychotherapy helps clients process emotions, thoughts and behaviour in coherence with ones own situation and background and positions them or works them through. A person learns to know him/herself in a better way, utilizes his/her possibilities and handles limits, which makes symptoms disappear.

The association for person centred experiential psychotherapy has a website available where you can find a tab with client information. There is also a flyer available for download. www.vpep.nl
